1 Project : Taman Puncak Perdana UiTM Campus
Description :

The Group has also completed the construction of UiTM branch campus situated within a 10 acre development in Bandar Puncak Perdana which is capable of housing more than 4,200 students.

The development comprises of a 3-storey fully fitted and furnished academic block, 6 blocks of 5-storey walk-up apartments and amenities such as 'surau' and a dining hall.


2 Project : Bandar Pinggiran Subang
Description :

The Group is also managing the development of 49 acres of mixed development project land located in Section U5, Shah Alam, Selangor for Templer Park Resort Properties Sdn Bhd and forms part of growing suburban township called Bandar Pinggiran Subang, also known as Subang 2.

Under this development, the Group has completed 437 units of medium cost apartment, 35 units of 3-storey shop office and 90 units of low cost flat.


3 Project : Taman Puncak Perdana & Perdana Heights
Description :

TRIplc Berhad and its group have already completed 52 units of semi detached lots, 137 units of bungalow lots and houses, 736 units of townhouse and 253 units of medium cost apartment under its 200 acres development project, Taman Puncak Perdana and Perdana Heights.
